While my engagement with Dr. Nguyen was good, I was surprised to get a bill for a co-pay on my yearly physical which should have been covered 100%. In speaking to the receptionist I was told that it was due to the fact that my visit was coded as a comprehensive visit not a physical. As a new patient to this practice, if this is the standard, I should have been notified at the visit. I’ve had many visits and she’s great. Smart, interested, thorough and efficient. I trust her. And her referrals are to the best specialists in Orlando.
Dr. Nguyen is very attentive and considerate. She explains things very well and answers all questions. Her office also offers a Patient Portal for emailing the doctor/staff and to get results. It's a wonderful option for communication after-hours or just to get a quick note or question to the doctor. I'm very happy with Dr. Nguyen and will not go elsewhere. Patient-care is obviously important to Dr. Nguyen and staff.
