I had a good experience working with Caroline Moffitt Lawton. I had three people come to me about selling my house. Caroline came with information already prepared in a binder with a review on the neighborhood and projected selling price and associated fees. Caroline is a very high energy and motivated realtor! She was a real pleasure to work with. We called her out to just discuss selling soon and before she left she had already taken pictures of our home and was ready to list it.
