Worst pediatrician experience. She lacks basic bedside manner, and it’s very clear that patients are treated like numbers rather than individuals. She came across as rude and disengaged, with little concern for her patients. I would not recommend her; there are many much better pediatricians in Houston.
I just want to take a moment to say how much I truly miss Dr. Marcus. Since my baby’s new insurance isn’t in-network with Kelsey, it’s been so hard for us to adjust. (It’s been a year since -crying emoji) Honestly, it’s been heartbreaking not having her as our pediatrician anymore. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Marcus for about 10/11 years and she listens to all your concerns & she doesn’t rush through the exam. Very understanding and professional. I’m so glad I’m found her.
