Great dentist! Lovely office, all of the staff are very kind and efficient.
Sad experience! We had to walk away without treatment! I came with HMO and as it turned they don’t have any options that are covered by HMO, so to exchange the crown I had to opt for the most expensive ones ( only one offered in this clinic) and pay the entire price out of pocket. They turned away my husband because he did not agree for laser treatment during deep cleaning ( of course not covered by insurance). I think they expect HMO just to scam people and collect full charge out of pocket. Lost one year with them.
I recently moved to San Francisco from Atlanta and was nervous about finding a new dentist. A friend recommended Dr. Le, and I'm so glad they did! Dr. Le is thorough, reliable, and makes you feel at ease. Her office is clean and modern with incredible views of the city. I had a scheduling conflict the day before my appointment and was able to reschedule without any hassle. Overall excellent experience and highly recommend!
The best dentist in the city! Dr. Caroline Le, Myrla and Hazel are the best in their field. Office with beautiful view, great and patient staff that work with you for the best of your situation regarding insurance and the needed treatments. Very personable and kind office that is feel like you're going to your friend that happen to be a great dentist.
I’ve been going to Dr. Le for two and a half years now and I cannot recommend her and the team enough! They’re so personable and professional. Dr. Le and her staff has their system down, very thorough with cleaning, painless and quick. They’re also very responsive especially when it comes to rescheduling. The office is convenient for me as it is close to work. Very clean and has amazing view! I’ll continue going to Dr Le for as long as I can.
