Ms Ashley was the best. She was very professional and he delivery was perfect. I am so greatful my daughters first womens experience was with her.
Don’t really care for how they treat pregnant patients. They don’t call them back in a timely manner. They act as though they’re not a priority.Not sure how you can go days without returning a call back to someone’s that’s further along in their pregnancy. Ridiculous and I’d think twice about coming back here.
My doctor mistakenly referred me here (I have medicaid and this facility does not accept medicaid, which is fair) and my experience with the front office was not great. When I told them what my insurance was, the tone immediately changed and it gave off an impression of, "ew. You're a poor. We don't treat poors here." Please train your office staff better. "I'm sorry; we don't accept that particular insurance" is sufficient. Stating "we don't take medicaid patients!" is rude, unprofessional, and dehumanizing to people who ar... read more
I would give this a doctors office 1 million star rating but it only had five I came in miserable sad and disgusted and thanks to Dr. Miller and his staff. I’ll feel great today as my postop appointment. All the way down to figuring out how I was going to pay my balance Amy CMA help me all the way. Thank you, Amy. And Courtney C
