Downsized into 2 bedroom at Caroline Heights. Absolutely love it! Best decision! Love the decor and amenities. All high end furnishings and appliances. Property is immaculately maintained! Nice range of residents - young to old 😉

This historic building was completely refurbished and modernized. The Mandel Team does it again! The Perfect blend of historic charm and Modern Luxury. The property is centrally located so you can walk to downtown Elm Grove. The buildings amenities are first class with a golf simulator, gym, heated pool, fire pit, green space, etc. Responsive, professional management with a smile! Great job Pam and Cassidy! I challenge anyone to find a luxury rental property that comes close to Caroline Heights. Keep up the Great work!
