I have been living here at Caroline Heights for over 5 weeks now. This complex is located in the heart of downtown Elm Grove and convenient to so many restaurants and stores. The construction is first rate and the finishes throughout the buildings beautiful. I did have some minor maintenance issues when I moved in but those were corrected within a couple of days. The maintenance team was prompt and friendly. Caroline Heights is starting to feel like home. John

My wife and I moved into Caroline Heights Apartments about a month ago and already consider it home. Whether living in one of the three new apartment buildings or in the historical building, all was constructed/remodeled with thought and attention to detail. We love our apartment in the historical building as well as all the amenities included such as a swimming pool, exercise room and the community gathering space. As a new resident, I met with Cassidy today for a scheduled personal tutorial to master the various apps and on-line services here. She was, as always, courteous and responsive to all my questions and helped me get onboard at Caroline Heights!
