After selling my house a year ago, I was glad to relocate to the charming village of Elm Grove. Caroline Heights has been a wonderful place to make my new home. I really enjoy the architectural character of the historic building, the friendliness of neighbors of a wide range of ages, the cheerful helpfulness of the office staff, and the convenient, peaceful location!
We have been here less than a year and already we are calling this home! The whole staff cares about everyone’s well being! Great place to start your next phase of your life!
Apt complex is beautiful, stone countertops, nice cabinets, plenty of storage, and parking. Very clean. Nice amenities! The unit we moved in was brand new! We love our private door/entrance. Rent payments can be made online. No issues with missing packages. But as any home/apt things need repair and requests are addressed very quickly. I would highly recommend others to check it out and see if it’s the right place for you.
I've lived in this apartment for almost 9 months, and I'll be honest I don't think it's worth the money. Let's start with the good: The kitchen is beautiful, the tall ceilings are spacious, and the workout area has the perfect amount of equipment for me to not need another gym membership. The complex is pet friendly, and completely wheelchair accessible for those who need that accommodation. The maintenance staff, Antonio and Cesar, are both responsive to issues and just nice humans.
