I had such a great experience at Caroline’s on 1st and Havana! Miss Caroline was able to take me the same day, which was already a win. From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt comfortable. She was incredibly gentle — I barely felt anything while she was braiding my hair. No unnecessary pulling, no tension headaches, nothing. The braids came out really nice exactly how I wanted them to be. Her customer service was the best she did not hurt or pull my hair. They treat you like family I highly recommend this place. They cut hair as well.

Last minute appointment and couldn't be happier, i talked to Caroline and she's so sweet and handed me over to Mary(also sweet) who did amazing with my relaxer and made me feel so pretty. Thank you to these amazing women who helped me on such short notice

went to this salon and it was a complete waste of money. She completely overcharged me for a style that didn’t even include extensions, and on top of that, she didn’t do it right. The end result was nothing like what I asked for, and it definitely wasn’t worth the price she charged. If you care about your money and want your hair done properly, don’t go here.
