As a postpartum mother, I find it very sad and upsetting that obstetrics teams do not take more care and compassion with pregnant and postpartum patients. We go through major surgery and procedures, get handed a newborn and are told to figure it out, yet sometimes just getting out of the house or finding child care can be very difficult and overwhelming . Dr. Palmer is very rude and condescending. I have never liked seeing her however with pregnancy sometimes there is no other choice. Unfortunately she was the Dr. when I was scheduled for my c section. Today was my follow up appointment (6 week) I showed up at the mason office and found out my apt was at west Chester. The office there assured me I could make it there because they have a 15 minute grace period. Dr. Palmer is very professional and straightforward which I appreciate. Her office responded to my inquiries promptly. The doctor and everyone I worked with at her office was friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Palmer. I am super happy with the care I received.
