I was a patient of Dr.Gorn for over 2 years now. She performed 3 surgeries for me and I honestly had nothing but wonderful things to say about her for the longest time. My last surgery wound up being incredibly traumatic due to the way she treated me afterwards. There are so many things I appreciate about Dr. Gorn- excellent surgeon and fantastic bedside manner. But one thing I really appreciate is the efficiency of this office. Things run like clock work. I can be at my appointment on time and be seen immediately and out the door in 15/20 minutes while still being throughly evaluated and not rushed out. Would give zero stars if possible. Physicians seem to forget they're performing a service for a customer (since we're a commercial medicine society afterall). Caroline refused to see me after I was 15 minutes late (I called the office to ask if I could could be still seen and was told yes). I asked for even just a brief consultation due to pains in my lower right abdomen. I was refused care and was NOT advised to seek urgent care/ER service for my pains. I'll be taking my money/medical health to a real professional.

The best doctor and surgeon. She surgically treated stage 4 endometriosis and it’s given me my life back!
