As someone whos been in and out of drs for testing surgeries and from moving around, this was the best experience ive ever had. Never ever go to office of Dr. Caroline Gorn due to neglect, harm and an “abusive”staff and Doctor. I am filing a severe complaint. No patient should be treated as an inconvenience for the doctor and staff when you are the customer. I have been with Mercy for over 20 years and have never experienced such abuse. People need to voice matters like this to stop patient abuse so I posted this as awareness that you have rights. This posting is Zero stars but google requires one!
Dr. Gorn is the best
I am so grateful I was referred to Mercy, especially Dr. Gorn 🩷 I did my consultation with her regarding endometriosis, she heard me out and listened and scheduled a laproscopic diagnostic/excision of endometriosis. I was a patient of Dr.Gorn for over 2 years now. She performed 3 surgeries for me and I honestly had nothing but wonderful things to say about her for the longest time. My last surgery wound up being incredibly traumatic due to the way she treated me afterwards. She berated me when I was in the worst pain imaginable, blamed me for choosing surgery, was defensive about me asking questions about choices she made about my body.
