I went last month. The Dr was pleasant. Thorough. But her assistant and her staff suck. When I went into the room to see the doctor. The assistant went over some things. Than she looked at my feet and said I would be needing 2 nails to be pulled. The doctor came in amd looked at my feet and said I have 1 damaged toe nail that would need pulling and th other would need surgery to turn my toe the way it's suppose to be and the nail wouldn't be scraping the ground. I was pleasantly surprised when dealing with this doctor and her staff. I was treated as a human instead of just a number. Staff ar knowledgeable and so helpful, I had a slight problem with admissions at the hospital, staff member called them resolved the problem and even contacted me back to let me know it was resolved. Dr. Gaynor Elko took her time explaining options; surgery was done in a timely manner. For post op, I was given her personal cell number, which I needed.
