A front desk lady Shri is absolutely wonderful! She greets every patient with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that makes you feel welcome. Her professionalism, kindness, and ability to make new patients feel comfortable truly set the tone for a great experience. I highly recommand this center. A true asset to the team!
We were treated poorly because we had HMO insurance. The doctor knew we had a referral but pretended she couldn’t access it. However, they would ONLY give you an appointment if they have the referral which we had and thats how we got the appointment. Her response to our concerns and questions was rolling her eyes and shrugging her shoulders. Wow!
Do not go to this office. It was a terrible experience and I don't recommend the office or doctor whatsoever. Front desk lady showed up 45 minutes after they were supposed to open. Never apologized. Was EXTREMELY rude. Asked me, "Why are you here?" "We don't let people just come in to make an appointment." I was like, what?? I already have an appointment and explained that to her. I'm one of those people that reads reviews, talks to neighbors, nurses, etc. for doctor referrals. When you need a dr. you don't want to waste your time or money. Found Dr. D'Souza and hoped for the best. It was a further drive, but SO worth it. I want an experienced dr. that will listen to me, read my chart history, be extremely intelligent, not rush me, nor feel like a factory. She was everything I wanted.
