If you are a self pay patient don’t bother calling to schedule an appointment. They require permission to from the doctor to book self pay patients (never heard this from any doctor’s office). I was unable to book an appointment or get a call back despite explaining that I would be self pay for my initial visit as I’m charging jobs but would have insurance starting in July.
Lab tests received on 4/24/2026 still not un update on the patient portal from Dr. CAROLINE. Called the receptionist two days ago but still no call back nor update on the patient portal. I would not recommend athletes to address any rheumatology issue with the doctor because she clearly said has no idea about athletes and how workout stress affects the muscles and causes.
A front desk lady Shri is absolutely wonderful! She greets every patient with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that makes you feel welcome. Her professionalism, kindness, and ability to make new patients feel comfortable truly set the tone for a great experience. I highly recommand this center. A true asset to the team!
We were treated poorly because we had HMO insurance. The doctor knew we had a referral but pretended she couldn’t access it. However, they would ONLY give you an appointment if they have the referral which we had and thats how we got the appointment. Her response to our concerns and questions was rolling her eyes and shrugging her shoulders. Wow!
