This office destroyed my wife this morning. She worked for weeks and weeks to get an appointment to get started on a critically important new medication. She scheduled it, ensured they had all necessary information and confirmed it. The office even called her yesterday to confirm. My wife is a patient of this practice and has been seen there before. I had an appointment today. For a cancer check up. I went in, I had cash. I was refuse service because I had $40 instead of $30. I almost fell over. No working with Me, offered no help. The girl was far too young. Dr. Carol is a good doctor, her staff is terrible. So I left I was refused my appointment because I had cash. Never in my life if I ever had to go through something like that.
Terrible office staff in Lake Wales
The office staff at Dr Hunkolata’s Lake Wales office are very rude and unprofessional. They were sarcastic and condescending. It has been impossible to reach anyone in the office, so I drove 32 miles to the office. I was instructed by Dr. Hunkolate herself To contact her office today, September 17, the day after my surgery to re-schedule another procedure. I was told by office staff that when my attitude changes they would contact me.
I've been going to Dr. Honculada now for seven years or more. She's an excellant doctor. I think the world of her and her staff. They have always taken good care of me when I have an appt. She has the best nurse , Sheri. They work with your needs and the same goes for when you need to schedule appts. She's always went out of her way to explain things to me. She makes you feel very comfortable. Once she diagnosed me, gave me the medication, I've not had any problems at all.
I would highly recommend her...kind..efficient..no problems
