I found this Vet through a friend i had no appointment and 3 copperhead bitten Jack Russells and one of them had her eye ripped out by the snake. THEASE PEOPLE WERE AMAZING! i could not have been more pleased with the Response from everyone there i never once felt like a pay check and they had to remove the eye from my girl but all 3 are so much better now and if it wasnt for them i dont know what my family (FUR FAMILY INCLUDED) would have done. Couldn't ask for more friendly staff, and the care for our kitty was the best! SO glad we decided to bring our cat there! Our first appt was for 11am but I left early because I had my 1 week old son as well, so we arrived at 10:15 and they took us right in (which was a huge help since I obviously had my hands full!)
I made and appointment for 11:20am, got there a little early with my new kitten and 2 small children. When I still wasn't called back by 12:00 I asked the receptionist how much longer, she said I was next. I sat back down and when the next person was called it was not me. So I ended up leaving without being seen. I understand that places get busy. I would have been ok if I had some sort of acknowledgment of waiting for so long. I want to thank the wonderful staff here. My daughter and I brought our boy Blue in to be sent off. After 15 yrs of Blue being a part of our family he was no longer just a dog to us he was a family member. You were such a blessing in helping not just easy Blue on his way to being pain free but helping my daughter and I through the process. You let us have the time we needed to say goodbye. Hercules had cancer. Dr. Green and Dr. Montague and the staff at Caroline treated him with such compassion and love. Today was the day we found it was time to put him to sleep permanently. Thank you to all those that helped us today. Dr. Frank and the staff were so kind. <3 Thank you very much.
I had an emergency situation today with my dachshund and when I had given up on my primary vet and other locals, caroline animal hospital agreed for me to bring her right in at no extra cost! This could've cost me hundreds of dollars at the emergency hospitals for pets in our area not to mention the travel time in a true emergency! The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and caring & Dr. Childs was just awesome. She will be my babies new primary vet for sure!
