I’m giving two stars only because the eye doctor was pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was disappointing. The front desk staff were not personable and came across as rude. When I was fitted for glasses, the technician barely spoke to me, offered no guidance, and seemed annoyed that he had to help me. I was also told my glasses would be ready in about two weeks. After waiting three weeks without hearing anything, I called to check on the status and was told they were ready for pickup. Dr. Knudson is a pleasure to work with. He explains everything in simple, easy to understand, terms. I’ve been a patient for 13yrs and I couldn’t imagine seeing anyone else!
