Its hard to find decent affordable housing around here these days. Thankfully, these guys did the hard work and made it possible. Great people. Highly recommend

We Rented from them for 4 years, & getting them to deal with any maintenance issues was like pulling teeth from a wet tiger… It got worse after Helene… The basement flooded several feet, ruined everything. FEMA came & inspected. Said everything in the basement was a loss, & then saw that mold had started spreading from the basement to upstairs from all the water. They told us the leasing agency was supposed to clean that, but we had to get all the ruined stuff out 1st, so we did. Carolina Rental never came by to fix it tho, ... read more
This management company is a nightmare. They operate rundown homes (windows busted out, spray paint, trash everywhere) and do nothing to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, I have lived next to one of their properties and it is essentially a chop shop for illegal cars. Repeated complaints to the management company from several neighbors and adjoining landlords about garbage, harassment of female neighbors, trespass, zoning violations, etc. fell on deaf ears.
