This management company is a nightmare. They operate rundown homes (windows busted out, spray paint, trash everywhere) and do nothing to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, I have lived next to one of their properties and it is essentially a chop shop for illegal cars. Repeated complaints to the management company from several neighbors and adjoining landlords about garbage, harassment of female neighbors, trespass, zoning violations, etc. fell on deaf ears. If an appliance stops working in their rentals, it takes them close to a week to replace, and the replacements are the cheapest they can possibly find...Also will terminate a ride lease on the word of a person who doesn't even rent from them even if you've rented for over a year with no late payments or other problems.

They find places pretty quick in my experience section 8 places and regular renting, I never experienced a rude person.i am currently waiting to hear from them but I'd recommend Hannah's super nice helpful and professional and she gets it done.
