I’m just leaving my PT… And I must say Caroline is a wonderful doctor! She has help strand in my back and taught me how important it is to have strong muscles supporting my arms to help alleviate the pain. She’s kind and gives lots of positive reinforcement. She’s the best! Let her help you too!

My experience at Atrium Health Carolinas Rehabilitation was extremely disappointing. The front desk customer service was shockingly poor. There was no welcome, no professionalism, and no willingness to help patients. Instead of feeling supported, you feel like you are bothering the staff just by asking a simple question. One employee in particular, Latisha, was incredibly rude and dismissive. This is the epitome of a large hospital system that doesn't service it's patients. Many of the providers are good, but the systems in place are an absolute nightmare. Endless phone trees some of which are total dead ends. Siloed departments that can't communicate with each other. The delays are astounding. Concussion referral is nearly a year wait.

If money isn't an issue for you, the PT staff here seem excellent. However, the billing staff is highly unorganized. They billed my insurance wrong, and while trying to fix the issue, I got a different answer from every single department I called. The first time I called, the front desk sent me to billing, who sent me to record request, who sent me back to the front desk. Even after figuring out what technically needed to be done, it took weeks and a follow up phone call for anything to change. And then I still had to pay ne... read more
