Everyone in the office was pleasant and helpful. Cathy, the hygienist, did a great job with my cleaning. She took time to explain everything she was doing. I felt that she and the dentist really listened to my concerns. A thoroughly positive experience.
Going to the dentist is certainly not on my top 10 list of things to do - but the folks at DOC on Montford make the experience as pleasant as possible. I've been going there for several years and have always been satisfied with the services. The atmosphere is comfortable and the staff is great. And Jennifer has to be the best hygienist in NC.
Excellent care during a recent appointment. The staff is always professional and courteous from the front office staff to the dental assistant and dentist. Their automated appointment reminders are much appreciated and timely.

The Myers Park location was able to squeeze me in on New Year's Eve even as a new patient. I had an inflamed gum area and was not certain what the issue was. Dr. Hauschka and his staff were extremely thorough and informative explaining everything with a caring professional attitude. The location was easy to find with ample parking. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a new caring dentist with wonderful staff.
Can't say enough good things - the care is superb, and most important to me is patient comfort to which Dr. Hauschka and the staff go to the extreme to ensure that expectation is met. I never leave with a question as everything is well explained.
highly recommend. front office does a great job confirming insurance policy and costs prior to visit, hygienist is superb, thorough and genuinely seems to care. follow up options/reminders are great - emails and texts available.
