Misled about the copay going into it. Then the receptionist tried to convince me it would only cost me the original charged copay and that I wouldn't owe the rest. When I further inquired about that that still meant I needed to owe the insurance company instead, she hesitantly admitted it. I feel bad for all the people they are misleading when they leave the appointment at what they think they owe and then get a bill in the mail.
