Told me my child wasn’t their concern anymore even when I expressed how my child’s condition is worsening. When I asked to see a different Dr they told me it wasn’t allowed and that I could try on my own but probably couldn’t get a new one. I even asked to speak to the Dr himself or have a meeting about my son’s condition and was told “Drs here don’t do that”. This place is a complete joke and they wait until it’s too late to help your child. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
This is an amazing practice for neurological disorders! I recommend Dr. Stewart! She cares about all you have to say. My son and our family are so appreciative for her and her caring devoted heart for her parients.
DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! I wouldn't bring my pet goldfish here. I am a step mother of a child with a seizure disorder. It has quickly gotten worse & worse month over month and her mother and father has constantly contacted the office telling them that the medication isn't working. They continued to ignore all of our desperate requests to change medicines. I recently took my son here for an outpatient referral visit for the first time. I can honestly say I wasn’t impressed with the doctor. She knocked, came in the room without acknowledging who she was or even acted like she wanted to be there. She just seemed like she didn’t love her job like most doctors are that I have experienced with.
