Didn't like the service. I have been trying to pay bills online. But every time I put a comment it never allowed me to proceed. The bill doesn't give any detailed information on the bill and when I try calling, never been able to speak to an agent. Finally removed the comment and made payment. Tried to contact using the contact us and there also it never showed any restrictions on number of characters or any other errors. It just said sorry I cannot send the message.
