If there was a 0 star I would give that. This is a very unethical business. They refused to code my labwork from my colonoscopy as "preventative" even though my insurance company called and requested them to do so. This meant I had to pay the entire amount of $447.12 since I am nowhere near the maximum deductible. Since they would not let my insurance pay for the lab work (because they coded it as diagnostic) I asked if instead they could give me the self pay rate which is $213.72. They would not do that.
