Have gotten more results in 2 weeks than I have in 2 years at another Clinic.
Was referred to this place for chronic back pain but I got into a severe car accident and my appointment was moved up. First, the doctor didn’t care at all about the accident I was in. Only wanted to talk about my back pain. Was not there for that and told him that but he didn’t care. I just saw my way out of that dump where I will not be returning to. I'm severely disappointed in the administration at this facility. I love Dr. Joanna Wroblewska-Shah but her office/billing department have turned me away. I was having pain procedures done on my back. All of my other visits for the same issue were covered. Now they're saying two of my appointments weren't covered by insurance and I owe $1,150. Of course I called the insurance company to ask. AETNA, THE INSURANCE COMPANY, is literally telling me they need to send in more information and check the coding. They're telling me no... read more
