Worst property management company ever! The associates are extremely rude when you question the extra charges. Read your contract carefully and question every single charge. They tried stiffing us with charges that the tenant is clearly responsible for as stated in the contract. Get EVERYTHING in writing, they will deny anything they tell you over the phone when it comes time to stiffing you with the bill. Worst Property Management Company EVER! – I rented from this company for several years and they refused to fix anything and charges me insane fees upon move out. They are unethical and their customer service associates are mean and HORRIBLE! NEVER EVER again!
Very professional, highly recommended – I have used this company to purchase a new house and to rent my old house out. They were able to rent it out within 2 month. Very professional real estate and property management company with hte great range of services with reasonable charges.
They managed my property. – Horrible customer service and are very expensive. They never told me my clients were moving out. Worst ever.
Top Notch Real Estate Company – I had a great experience using this company for my real estate needs. I had a house in Charlotte, NC and I needed to move closer to my job.
