I have been waiting in the er for over 6 hours and still have not seen the doctor is their a doctor on duty at night . They do the triage take blood do ex ray but then you don't get to see the doctor until the day shift gets their it is horrible
Don't bother going to the ER here unless you go by ambulance or you will wait for hours. And be carefull because Dr.Chason Hayes, Dr.Seth Jaffe, Dr.Neil Goldberger, Dr. Latika Patel and Dr. Francis-Lane all practice here --- all have had to pay huge fines for performing and billing for un-necessary surgery and exams (from the Charlotte Observer Fall 2011).
There are great people working there and they have excellent customer service!
