Had no knowledge very rude . Wasted my hard earned money & time,
My experience was a horrible I had a petuniary mass removed from my glands, which was technically brain surgery. Although the customer service was nasty, I didn't like it. I didn't like how I was treated. The nurses were rude. My follow-up/post-op appointments weren't until months after my surgery. I still haven't had complications after May 12th, which was my surgery. No one is trying to reach out or even help me to see what the situation is or what may cause the need to be going with you now after the surgery.

My husband survived the rupture of an abdominal aortic aneurysm. Of course, all of the staff was not perfect. Some were less friendly than others. But their jobs are demanding. They cared for my husband and they answered my questions. He is alive because of God and the staff’s hard work. They are God’s gift.
