I had my daughter here in May on my birthday and the staff was absolutely amazing. The labor and delivery team and post partum recovery team. They even brought me in a cake for my birthday!! They are understand staff and makes sure you’re comfortable. The only issue I had was when they left a huge bruise on my arm after all the IVs Haha. It’s okay though it didn’t bother me. Amazing staff!!! Also I came here from the Myers Park OBGYN so if you are going to this hospital for labor and delivery I recommend:)

My experience at this hospital was incredibly disappointing. I’ve been going to CMC and Levine’s my whole life, but this visit was by far the worst. Most of the nurses I encountered were rude, and the security officers made the situation even worse. One security officer made a particularly disrespectful comment when I mentioned we were just trying to get to the blue deck to leave. I recently had a C-section to deliver my child my incision had opened and was bleeding I was having heavy bleeding in my other lady parts having pain at about a 8 with a severe headache and they had me waiting over a hour they didn’t care about my well being at all so I went to a different hospital that’s handled me abruptly
