I see a lot of negative reviews, that I assume are from experiences in the ER. However, I was recently admitted through outpatient surgery and had a great experience. The staff were all kind, efficient, and compassionate. I would not hesitate to go here again if needed.. thank you to the team that took great care of me!

We've had numerous experiences with Atrium Health Lincoln, involving the ER, outpatient services, as well as inpatient care. Having had numerous experiences with other hospitals in the region, I am confident in stating that the care, compassion, and consideration received from Atrium Health Lincoln has been stellar, in every situation. We are fortunate to have this hospital in our county.

This is the ignorance of Atrium Health, I had to rush my Dad to the emergency room with all the symptoms of a stroke. I'm getting my Dad in his wheelchair and I have a security guard telling me I need to move my truck, I couldn't even get my Dad into the hospital before he's telling me I need to move. I'm unloading a person potentially having a medical emergency at the entrance to the ER and I shouldn't be there but the entire time there's a food truck setting at the entrance selling food, I had to drive around it. I am deeply concerned about the inadequate care my sister is receiving at Atrium Lincoln ED. She was admitted via ambulance and has been waiting in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours. Her BP is super low, with a pressure of 90/70 , paramedics unable to start fluids d/t severe dehydration. yet she remains unattended, and still vomiting!!! I am currently recovering from surgery that I had on Friday. By Sunday evening, I was experiencing post-operative complications and went to the ER seeking help. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite explaining that I had recently undergone surgery and was experiencing significant pain, my visit was categorized as a fever-related complaint.
