I just want to thank the nurses/staff in The Pre-op department for how wonderful they treated my special needs son Hunter this morning. Susie, Lynn, Tiffany, Crissie, & Cat. were so kind & patient with him. I wish more ppl in this world were as kind as they are. Thank you all, Candace Walker
They are letting my 74 year old mother sitting here crying in pain,she just had major hand surgery this place is awful

If I could give a more accurate rating would be -25. Sent my mom home from hospital on Saturday May 31 at 2 pm. By 9 pm we had to call ambulance to take my mom to Gastiona Hospital because mom went into diabetic coma from Atrium sending her home with blood sugars running 500 I have went to administrative but still no phone call like they said they would. We just moved to the area and I scheduled a follow-up imaging to a mammogram I had at another Atrium facility. When I scheduled, I was told that they could access my previous image which was done a few weeks prior. I arrived for my appt and my name was called. They then told me they could not access the images even though done at Atrium and that they requested them but I had to wait and reschedule. Total waste of my time. Terrible service.
