Wow I have never been to a big city hospital, but my job had me close to this ER. The staff were all great. They took good care of me. Thank you.
This is my daughter's 3rd time her since she had her stem cell transplant. Today is the worse ever! She didn't get anything for pain. She placed around people with all type of illnesses with no regard for her compromised immune system. She's not hooked to monitors or anything.
They were extremely rude, they had my mother pee in a cup and then proceeded to leave the pee on the counter in her room until after she left. They told her they were going to give her more liquid through an ivy they never did that. When they released her they never even really told her what was wrong.
