The lab technicians in this office are incredibly rude and dismissive, leaving me in tears. Upon entering, I was met with no one who offered assistance, forcing me to search for the small sign-in stand. After settling in, I overheard the technicians in the back discussing me. I wish every lab was like this one. I never thought I’d write a review for a lab appointment, but this office was so nice and relaxing. Instantly felt at ease by the staff and their demeanor. Clean office, they were quick, efficient, and kind. I would have happily hung out longer.
I have contacted the outpatient lab numerous times, no one answers nor do they return my calls. I tried going through the operator but still, no lab employee. This is the worst experience I have had with any Atrium Health facility. I do not recommend this lab.
Very poor service. Staff did not seemed capable of doing their job. They kept calling people over me without any regards, just saying you have to wait until I get your test kit.
5 minutes from my house. I have to go for blood test fairly often and I'm always in and out within 20 mins. The lab techs are always very friendly and professional. I'm a tough stick at times but they never have a problem. I would recommend this lab to others for sure.
