I have contacted the outpatient lab numerous times, no one answers nor do they return my calls. I tried going through the operator but still, no lab employee. This is the worst experience I have had with any Atrium Health facility. I do not recommend this lab.
Very poor service. Staff did not seemed capable of doing their job. They kept calling people over me without any regards, just saying you have to wait until I get your test kit.
5 minutes from my house. I have to go for blood test fairly often and I'm always in and out within 20 mins. The lab techs are always very friendly and professional. I'm a tough stick at times but they never have a problem. I would recommend this lab to others for sure.
RUDE and incompetent! I tried repeatedly to speak so I could explain what I needed, and I kept getting interrupted by their rude and incompetent employee who couldn’t seem to understand how to do her job. When I asked to speak to her manager, she tried to throw me out. Do NOT go to their Steele Creek location for any reason. Grossly incompetent.
They were competent and very friendly seeing that I was walking all bent over like a drunk. 😂 My doctor and the surgery center he uses requires a negative COVID-19 test before surgery.
