I’m trying to reach out to the front desk for questions. It’s so hard to get them on the phone. When called around 10am, 11am and noon, no one is answering the phone.
The Carolinas Institute for Neurology and Psychology is truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and at ease. Heather at the front desk is always cheerful and kind, and the entire office has such a warm, inviting energy — it even smells amazing! Zainab, who conducted my assessment, was incredibly personable and compassionate. She took the time to really listen and provided thoughtful feedback that helped me understand myself better. Dr. Z and Dr. Loftus are wonderful people and great doctors. They are helping along my journey to becoming the best version of myself and I greatly appreciate the caring attitudes and how much they want to help out others! Highly recommended!
Dr. Loftus a traditional in every sense. He listens, thoroughly examines, is goaled to get it right for the patient. Dr. Z is and Speech therapist Tanya Dorin are also traditional, modern, highly knowledgeable and genuinely care to provide a superior quality care. I am super disappointed in having to write this review. We were referred to Dr. Z for play therapy for my son. I read great reviews and she came highly recommended. We waited a month and some change to get in for the initial appointment. I absolutely fell in love with her and her plans for my son. We pre booked 6 appointments to get on a regular schedule at the consultation appointment. She wanted to get him in with her husband for speech and said that they would reach out about that.
