Ashley and Joy in CT Dept. 5 plus STARS!!! Very sweet, compassionate and caring ladies. I was so nervous. They both were so patient and kind to me. Thank you so much.I felt they really cared. Now the Front desk ladies, different story. Not a good first impression. No hello or how are you. No smile. Not what you want when you first walk in.
I messed up and showed up to the wrong location today. Everyone from the front desk to the back staff were so nice and accommodating. The ultrasound tech was very kind and professional. If I ever have to have another test/scan/ultrasound I will request to come to the Rock Hill location.
