Without a scheduled appt- I only waited about 15 min to get an X-ray, tech was very friendly and respectful.
My wife with chronic COPD waited for over an hour while they located the order that they had lost. They then put her at the end of the line instead of calling her back once they found the order. Finally, they tried to cover themselves by making it look like she rescheduled the appointment by sending a text, even though she was a walk-in appointment. Worst service at the front desk, no empathy, no compassion, and no care as to how they did their job. No apologies either.
Excellent! Quick and efficient. Barely waited from the time I got there until imaging was done. Front desk staff were cheerful and helpful. The tech Madison (Madisen?) was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Don't know what they get paid, but it should be more. Thanks!
