Extremely nice facility and great staff to match. I had an MRI at CIS in Charlotte and had a bad experience, but these folks over in Rock Hill are wonderful. Kind and explained the process clearly and made sure I was comfortable.
The entire experience was excellent. Making the appointment, Pre-exam directions and cautions. Check-in, wait time just well Done! Staff was great, informative, helpful, patient oriented.
ZERO STARS IF I COULD! the front desk "lady" was absolutely vial and rude. I was told there was a $1,000 copay AT the front desk with the only option to pay 1/2 or all. the rep at the front argued with me, and the lady before me that we are told that the text messages we were sent to confirm the appointment, told us the copay- absolutely NO where in any of them, or the chart, does it give copay. had I have known prior I would have had her issues paying in full. when I offered to give them $100 on the spot, she refused it and... read more
My daughter was sent here by her doctor. They are not in network for Tricare and we self paid $817.60 for the MRI. When I asked for the finance department information, the clerk was rude and said we told your daughter she was self pay at the time of the appointment. She was dismissive and was finally gave me the number on a post it after asking a second time. Medical providers see people on their worse days.
