I waited a month for my appointment. I drove over an hour to be on time. I checked in then waited for over 45 minutes. When I asked why it was taking so long I was told to sit down. Twenty minutes later I was told that my appointment was cancelled. No explanation just do you want to reschedule? Very cold and rude. No I’m sorry, no empathy just I don’t know how that happened. I don’t recommend this practice.
