Although Carolina’s crew is great at cleaning, they are not gentle at all when it comes to valuables. I have collectible figures that were broken on about 5-6 different occasions in the couple years that I used her. She didn’t want to come anymore because she said she didn’t want to be blamed for my broken things. Mind you, I’ve never asked her to pay for any of the broken items, all I ever said was to please tell your crew to be careful and gentle around my things. Just have a little respect.
