When I was discharged, no one took me back to the emergency department, and I ended up getting lost. I accidentally walked out through the employee entrance, which I couldn’t re-enter. At around 4:30 in the morning, I was forced to walk outside for about 30 minutes without a coat or shoes, freezing, in pain from my chest discomfort, and severely dehydrated. Went in to the ER on 3/22 and was seen immediately. Everyone from the front desk until discharge were kind and helpful. The provider was very thorough and was able to correctly diagnose and treat my condition. Highly recommend this ER.
