You will sit on hold with the front desk for 40 mins trying to reach a scheduler who will not call you back. I have been trying for 3 weeks now to get ahold of her to schedule an appointment. Then I come to find out they scheduled an appointment for me without my knowledge or to check if that time worked for me. Absolute nightmare of a practice.

The whole gastroenterlogy department sucks here , they dont have enough doctors and make you wait for 7-8 months for a single visit and schedulers are very rude and does not understands patient health problems and does not provide alternatives shows reluctancy to help and even look at other options, they tell you to go to emergency room not everything is emergency 7-8 month for an appointment is too much and your situation can get so much worse , find an alternative if your insurance covers

I've had the best experience with Dr chitnavis. I was referred to her for treatment for chrons disease after my surgery through my surgeon, Dr Bradley Davis. She is so kind and caring. I've never trusted doctors, but she has my trust. She goes above and beyond to care for you. She takes the time to listen and actually talk with you. She explains everything so well. Been trying for over 2 years to get an appt. Can't call her scheduler direct, have to call main number and she will send a message to Dr Moshiree's scheduler. But then you never get a call back from her. The main receptionist, Destiny, is very helpful and patient, but she has no access to Dr Moshiree's schedule. Absolutely ridiculous!. I am in the medical field and have never encountered this kind absurdity with any doctor.

Dr.Andrew delemos is a fantastic doctor and very thorough. He helped answer all questions and was very attentive. 10/10 recommend
