Most of the nurses and staff are nice , and my mom really seems to like them. Be prepared to sit here for a while. Not sure why but even when there is nobody else here. It always takes anywhere from 1-3 hours .
This place will have you sitting in a room for hours……
I personally have had horrible experiences with doctors in Lenoir until we met Dr Jill Konkol when my husband was injured. She is smart, kind and caring &really listens &tries to help. Then my husband thought he pulled a muscle in his neck and went to express care & met Dr Guerra senior. Turned out he was diagnosed with a rare aggressive LCNEC Lung cancer. Dr Guerra immediately took action & had him set up appts with all the necessary specialists that same day before the cancer was even confirmed by the biopsy, he knew. Howe... read more
