Medical providers lack experience and provide low quality care with a rude, shaming attitude. I was treated so poorly and spoken down to for no reason except I came in too close to closing with multiple stings/hx of anaphylaxis. I will die before I go here again.
On 07-13-2025 I arrived at UNC Health Urgent Care at 9:00 am. One couple was already at the door. There were several others arrive after me and got in line. After waiting about 10 minutes and they did not open or come to the door the lady behind me called and found out their checkin person had not arrived. My husband chopped his finger up pretty good with the hedge trimmer and they got us in quickly, were super friendly, and stitched him up perfectly. Couldn’t be happier. Especially on a holiday evening!! We 100% recommend this facility and their awesome PA and staff.
These ladies took great care of me! Deanna was absolutely wonderful, polite and explained everything perfectly. Definitely recommend!!
Between my primary care and my visit to UNC Blue Ride UC at the Morganton location, I am BLESSED with the best health care team. My PC could not see me in such a short amount of time however upon calling Deanna at UNC UC, for a not so fun visit, she instantly made me SOOOOO comfortable and welcome. Upon my arrival to my 'appointment' the energy in the office was so high.
