I would not use this company again. We paid to have our master shower regrouted. Several months later, we noticed the grout was coming off. We called and was told the work was still under warranty and Michael would call back. He never did. I called and left multiple messages and never received a call back. We ended up having to use another company to come and redo the work.
Michael came out looked at the job and never sent me a quote. Called the office 3 times and emailed with no response! If they don't want to work the least they can do is call me!!
Great job at a fair price.
I do not recommend this company based on our experience with the quality of work. We paid $1,730 to have the tile in our master bath and additional 3 baths cleaned and sealed. The work was completed January 18, 2024. Michael was on time, worked the entire day, then showed me the bathrooms after he was done. I noticed our master bath tub wasn’t cleaned or sealed. I would highly recommend Grout Pro’s! The shower looks great, I thought the pricing was fair, and they were easy to work with.
