The team was wonderful and caring, they explain everything to from the beginning to the end. One of a kind team, I would come back and I will recommend this facility to everyone.
My experience was great from beginning to end. The Medical Associates from the Administrative Receptionist to all entrusted to my care before and during the procedure. My diet restrictions going forward we're discussed and printed. Mild discomfort afterwards. I wish for the team a Blessed Safe and Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year

When I arrived for my procedure, I was informed that it had been cancelled, which was incredibly upsetting. I hadn’t been notified of any cancellation. Fortunately, a clinical supervisor (whose name I wish I could remember) stepped in right away. She put on her service recovery hat, spoke with the staff and the doctor, and had everything resolved within minutes. Thanks to her, my procedure was completed shortly thereafter.
