Excellent service, they were friendly, on time, everything was thoroughly cleaned, and all the medical staff, nurses, doctor, and anesthesiologist were very clear and friendly.
No one looks forward to a colonoscopy but my experience was excellent. The staff was so friendly, reassuring, and answered all my questions. Highly recommended this cener!
I took my mom for her routine colonoscopy, and she ended up having to reschedule due to the staff's negligence. The staff did not mail any instructions regarding her medication before the procedure, and she didn’t know she was supposed to stop taking it a week prior. She took off work for nothing and has to take off additional days for the reschedule. This location needs to have better communication with the patients.
