Upon arrival my husband arrival time was 7:30 I called to state we were running a little late and we had a 15 mins grace period ! Experience overall amazing with the nurse, doctor, anesthesiologist. I was having problems with an insurance denial of the procedure and finally got in after my GI PA did a peer to peer right before! However, I am dissatisfied with my experience leaving. You are monitored after sedation for a bit but I was woken up by a technician with all monitoring connections already disconnected. Took my wife for a colonoscopy and wanted to simply commend the entire staff for their friendliness and professionalism. Everyone from admissions to recovery, nurses, doctors and aides provided a very comforting environment for my spouse and made an otherwise uncomfortable experience very comfortable. Keep up the great work.
Doctor ran 1.5 hours late, then arbitrarily cancelled my procedure. Nurse was the most angry and harsh personality that I have met in a long time. Do yourself a favor and find another endoscopy center.
