His a great honest Christian man that helped me and my husband find the perfect home for our family for a great price can't beat it. We have been living there now almost six years or so would so do it again highly recommended.
Mr Sanders was the relator on a home we were buying that needed a water line fixed to the kitchen sink. He stated in writing he would get it fixed, he did not do as stated. We had the weter turned on, not realizing it had not been fixed and the leak has damaged our kitchen floor, cabinets, insulation, and who knows what else. He refuses to stand behind his word. We cannot live there at this time. Not so trustworthy or honest.
