From a simple call to this place; it is obvious why they only have 3.1 stars.
My car went there for front end damage which they rectified. However on upon picking up my car I noticed on the way home the back tire was low tire has been torn. I need to be replaced the next day when I realized also, there was damage to the car doors apparently in the time my car was towed from the accident scene. Somebody attempted to break in Carolina collision claims. They never noticed this damage to my car and does not except any responsibility, I don’t think I could take my car there again and feel it is safe on the... read more
Took 3 weeks longer to repair my vehicle and when I got it back it was lighter from all the change being misplaced.
Awesome body shop, they got me in within a week and had truck finished in less than a week. High recommended!
