Had a rear bumper repaired and repainted about 2/3 years ago. Had another unfortunate occurrence with the rear bumper. A small scratch of the paint resulted in a gradual peeling of the paint off the bumper. Saw a body shop yesterday for an estimate to repair. Was told the bumper was painted incorrectly. No primer/bonding agent was applied to the plastic before it was repainted. The small scratch should not have caused more paint to peel off and spread across the bumper. If you need body work or paint, go elsewhere.
Top notch! Mike worked closely with the adjuster to save my baby from being totalled. I see people complaining about time to get their parts, but that's not the shops fault. It's the vendors. My car looks brand new after being rear ended. Happy girl here.
From a simple call to this place; it is obvious why they only have 3.1 stars.
My car went there for front end damage which they rectified. However on upon picking up my car I noticed on the way home the back tire was low tire has been torn. I need to be replaced the next day when I realized also, there was damage to the car doors apparently in the time my car was towed from the accident scene. Somebody attempted to break in Carolina collision claims. They never noticed this damage to my car and does not except any responsibility, I don’t think I could take my car there again and feel it is safe on the... read more
