Having to wait over 2 months to get an appointment for my kids only to show up and be told the doctor doesn't take my insurance. Mind you I had to give them my insurance information when scheduling the appointment. Kinda feel like I could've been told this insurance information when scheduling the appointments rather than waiting until patients are at the desk ready to sign in.
I have visited Carolina Centers for sight-Florence and Marion area. I had cataract surgery on both eyes last year at the site in Florence and followup care at the Marion Center. I received professional and care and follow. I was told what to expect and follow up care. I received follow up eye exam on Tuesday July 15 at the office in Marion very professional and friendly service.
New patients! Staff was friendly and the appointment was fast and easy, we were in and out in no time!
