I tried to become a patient of this location to see Dr Merrick but trying to work with their staff has been a nightmare. I most recently spoke with Heidi who hung up on me while asking for other recommendations. They sent me on a wild goose chase as I had to take time off to work to come in physically to fill out information request from my radiologist for my mammogram. I was told my surgery would be done in June on Feb 3. I was given an ultrasound instead of a mammogram to detect Cancer and was supposed to have the surgery after a clear result. The appointment with her to discuss my surgery again was another month away. Oviously they're far too busy for me. But the other Dr was able to cure my tendonitis and Ganglion Cyst without surgery. Today I saw Dr. Frantz for knee pain. He took the time to talk to me not at me and I respect that. He helped me with the initial pain in my knee which was so appreciated. He is caring and compassionate and I’d recommend him in a heartbeat. 🇨🇦
