calling back late for appointments then waiting forever is not necessary.
So far been sitting here for an hour and 20 mins and yet to see the Doc. Mind you I had an Appt in which they required I showed up 20 minutes early to and still not a doc in sight! Update- DR O Neal was very friendly so I am adding 2 stars for that. Just be very prepared if you come to be here for quite some time!
This place is great. The doctor is kind and good natured. Explains everything in details and walks you through the injections. The staff is also amazing and thoughtful. Would recommend to anyone.
I would not recommend this place, appointment was at 9:00 and finally saw doctor at 10:00. Appointment was made for a Injection and they will change your appointment time to fix there schedule, then if you can not make it will want to change you 150 dollars. In the future I will take my husband to Greenville or Jacksonville to a pain doctor that is not with this office.
