I have never in 66 years dealt with a medical office where they absolutely refuse to answer the phone. And where their voice mail instructions on what you had better and better not do is so terribly rude and disrespectful to patients. I'd rather suffer than to be treated as though I'm not worthy of their time as the front office sits there gossiping. It's apparent you are a chart number and chart numbers can't be spoken to until THEY DECIDE you are worthy. I would give them negative 10 stars if it were optional!
