I brought an item in for repairs and first .... the gal didn't seem to think she could fix it. That was my first red flag. Then they asked me to pay upfront, which was a second red flag, but I did. Then I went back to pick it up on three separate occasions and there was no one there. Today I waited for them to open at 11a.m. and no one showed up. Very unprofessional. Find someplace else for tailoring and alterations.
