No long wait times. Was called for a earlier date to come in. Doctor Trifiro explained my results in detail. Very satisfied
Needed a cortisol labs drawn. NO one told me from. The desk, to the phlbotomist, dr, nurse told me this particular test needs to be done in the am and within hrs of waking up. You wasted my time my insurance caused unessary discomfort and anxiety and now I need to do it all over again. Will not be doing it at Carolina east. And yes that tec should get a counseling she knows better.
I don’t know how Dr. Thoma or her nurse have such high reviews. Dr. Thoma lacks any compassion, empathy or understanding towards patients with mental disabilities or disorders. She finds fault in that. She also lacks in communication as does her nurse. Even when something is written in black and white it will be done incorrectly. When you express your concerns in ANY way shape form or fashion it is not acceptable. Now because of her I cannot even get a PCM in pollocksville.
