arrived and left with throat issues and trouble breathing and chest pain and trouble swallowing. the only thing they did for my throat was feel it (in the ambulance), look in it with a light, and take an X-ray. All of which isn't enough considering there were periods where I was not able to swallow or breath. I asked for my throat to be checked with like a scope or something multiple times.. still having trouble breathing. if/when i die i hope this place gets sued into oblivion.

This place seriously needs to teach their employees who answer the general information lines some phone etiquette. I have only called 2x in 5 yrs. Both times, I was met with rudeness. My mom was there dying of cancer, given about 3 days to live. This was during the Covid pandemic so only one person was allowed in. My dad was having her sent back home to die like she wanted. came in to ER with shortness of breath. I have existing heart condition. sat in ER 9 hours finally admitted as out patient for observation. Fluid on my lungs, was given LASIK. finally got a room at 6:30 extremely hard to breath. asked nurse if I was supposed to get more LASIK. she checked chart said you should have gotten it 3 hours ago. Felt like I was going to die..

Was not able to refill my prescription after a 3 hour long E.D visit because they never put the order in.This is not my first time complaining about the E.D but I will say this is by far the most ridiculous thing ever.
