Office personnel don't even know their own offices lab hours. I was told that the lab would be open at 8:30am on Friday. I arrived at exactly 8:30. Went in had to wait minutes for anyone to even come up to the desk because there was no one in sight at all when we went in. When someone did come up they said that the lab isn't open on Fridays at all. I told her yesterday I was told 8:30am they would be open.
